With each 10×10 booth you receive 1 full delegate badge and 2 booth staff badges. You have the ability to upgrade your booth staff to full delegates for $750 each or you may purchase individual tickets for social events such as Welcome Reception ($125), Awards & Sponsor Recognition Luncheon ($55) and Closing Event ($125).

You will need to have some type of floor covering (mandatory) – carpet, vinyl, etc. If you need tables, chairs, power, internet, lead retrieval, etc. all of this can be secured through the exhibitor console.

Unfortunately no. For several reasons we do not want to give badges out to just anyone in the event you did not approve it – we ask for photo id to pick up your badge.
Once you complete your registration you will receive a confirmation number. This number will allow you to move forward through the process to book at one of the 5 hotels for the event.

This year we do not have a specified host property. We have 5 properties listed in order of their proximity to the Convention Center. The majority of events will be held at the Long Beach Convention Center, a couple at the Hyatt, and a couple off property.
No. The only transportation provided will be from all 5 properties to the Welcome Reception (Queen Mary), to golf (pre-conference) and to the hockey event (pre-conference).

A non-exhibiting supplier is a supplier that does not have an exhibit booth. Non-Exhibiting Suppliers pay a registration fee of anywhere from $1250-$4500 depending on membership as well as annual sales.
KEY NOTE: A Non-Exhibiting Supplier registration includes access to all events as a full delegate with the exception that they cannot attend the exhibition trade show on the first day.
