Rooftop Envelope Session
Retailers Only, Limited Attendance – SOLD OUT

Conducting an organized building inspection at least once a year is a vital part of every facility manager’s operations and maintenance program. This year the Hyatt Regency has opened their rooftop as the backdrop for this rooftop envelope session. Discussion will include a review of common rooftop systems including HVAC, roofing, drainage and the building envelope. Each participant will leave with a better understand of each system and essential tools needed to create or improve their existing rooftop inspection logs. Plan to participate in open dialog of how to determine the appropriate course of action when deterioration or a failure is observed. Registrants will receive tour instructions on where to meet and tour route 30 days in advance of the conference.

Requirement to participate: Attendees to this session must complete a waiver form provided in advance of the conference. In addition, please expect large amounts of walking and two flights of stairs to access the rooftop. To avoid damage to the roof membrane, shoes should be flat with non-slip soles.  For questions, contact PRSM at
